Rated 5 out of 5 by oneandonlyworldwide from Excellent all-around active glove This should be the go-to all-arounder. From moderate ice climbing to cross-country skiing. Good to go here. Excellent warmth and dexterity. Not bulky like all-leather gloves. Solid price to be used as a quality ice glove. I usually use hardware store gloves but these are better/warmer due to the wind resistance of the softshell fabric. They have a better fit an better dexterity than hardware store gloves.

Rated 4 out of 5 by M Wood from I loved them, but... These gloves were exactly what I was looking for, had the look and feel I wanted, except for one thing. I thought I needed a size medium, but they were out. After looking at the sizing chart and measuring, I concluded that a Small would work just fine. Beware, the CUFF doesn't give much (any), I couldn't even slip it over my hand, so I wasn't able to use them. BUT, if they had just fitted properly, I'm certain that I would have loved them! (I WOULD have used them probably twice a month, bc I would have left them in my pack year round.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by John M from Perfect for Touring I’ve used these gloves three or four times now and they work great for ski-touring. The leather palms protect the glove from the edge of the ski, when you are putting your skins on, and the soft primaloft top keeps your hands dry and warm. Not sure why everyone who BC skis doesn’t have a pair.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sean H from Nice but small Picked these up in a size medium. Most of my gloves are that size and I figured I didn’t want oversized these light gloves. I can barely get my hand in these. Nice material. Nice design. Not exceptionally warm but they’re light weight. Size up for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Brad from Great uptrack gloves for ski touring Fit is a bit large - generally I need to size up, on these I do not (reinterpreted if you normally fit on size for most brands, size down) - BD size chart may not be accurate for these softshell series gloves. I have the midweight, my gf has the heavyweight, great glove for the up track. Leather palm, insulation, softshell fabric for back of hand - perfect! Leather for durability, softshell for breathability. Also good gloves for general around town winter use clearing off the car and driving on cold start ups haha.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rundeyoung from Good price, good quality Bought for colder days in the skin track or on skinny skis. Nice leather palms and really like the fabric on the back of the hand. Good fit too. Fabric is the same as the Dawn Patrol ski pants.

Rated 3 out of 5 by greg from too warm, too thin of material. I was trying to replace my old BD "soft shell" gloves. this is not its replacement. the fabric is not durable and thus not suited for skiing, skinning or climbing. I would rank these as 'walking the dog' and 'urban' use gloves. not the tool I was seeking. they are soft and warm. wish BD would bring back the 2015 'soft shell' glove.

Rated 4 out of 5 by cglex from Great, but too tight at the wrist I bought these over comparable OR gloves at REI, because these, well fit like a glove and the OR didn't. The only negative is they are hard to get one once your hands are sweaty. Some finger dexterity but nothing close to their midweight screen tap gloves.
