Do you charge shipping costs or return fees?
We offer free shipping for orders over 100EUR, 100GBP, 1200NOK, 1200SEK or 120CHF.
All other shipping costs, information about delivery time and return fees can be found on this page.
Where is my parcel?
After your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to your track and trace. This way you are always informed where your package is now.
You can also access your Track and Trace in your account under "Orders" and "Order details" or via the order status query.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you spot a mistake in the order contact details, please contact us at info@blackdiamond.eu within 2 hours of placing your order (on weekdays). Please understand that we cannot make any further changes nor cancel your order after the order is being processed.
Additions or changes to your order can unfortunately not be made.
How can I exchange a product for different size/color?
If you wish to exchange your article(s), you can place a new order with the right size/color at your convenience. This will ensure you will get your new item quickly and that it won’t go out of stock. The article you want to exchange you can return to us, following the return instructions.
How do I start a return?
Within 30 days of delivery you can return items to us for a full refund less a return fee.
We only accept items in brand new, unused condition, with all hang
tags and packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
This procedure exists additionally to to your right to withdraw from your order.
How long does it take for a return to process?
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after it arrives back to our facility. Return processing times are subject to seasonal changes and delays.
How can I get my invoice?
Please contact info@blackdiamond.eu with your order number to receive an invoice.
The product I want is out of stock in your website. How can I get it?
We receive stock entries regularly. You can simply visit our website in some time to see if your item of choice is available again and/or use the "Back in Stock Notification" to keep you up to date.
What’s the warranty policy?
We trust what we make because we use what we make. Black Diamond will
cover all material or manufacturer defects for the time periods outlined
below. This does not include normal wear and tear, user modifications,
misuse, or accidental damage.
