A whippet-ready, two-piece, carbon pole that is easy to adjust and durable yet lightweight, the Expedition Carbon Pro Whippet is built for the gnarliest mountain objectives.
A metal FlickLock Pro connector makes the length easy to fine-tune, and a PH3 screwdriver bit and 1.5mm hex bit are hidden in the lower shaft for field repairs in a pinch. The innovative whippet-ready grip is compatible with our whippet attachment for added security on steep terrain. Extended EVA foam grips, a straight-edge grip-top for scraping ice and snow off skis, and a tactile rubber “beak” for quick binding adjustments on the skin track all contribute to the simple yet useful feature set of the newly redesigned Expedition grips. Girth-hitched straps are easy to remove if you choose.
