If you love climbing in the Alpine Pant, you’re going to be stoked on these updates. The refined Alpine Pant improves on the old design with a better fit while still finding that perfect balance of durability and technical performance that emphasizes freedom of movement.
Designed with a four-way stretch fabric, plus reinforced ripstop around waist and front pockets, they can handle any on-route move, and their lightweight construction breathe during sweaty high-output missions. Zip front pockets and a zip thigh pocket hold the essentials while on route and a DWR finish adds peace of mind during questionable weather windows. Fine-tune the fit with cordlock adjustable hems and an easy-to-adjust integrated webbing belt.

"The Black Diamond Alpine Pants are versatile softshell hiking trousers that strike a very good balance between mobility, breathability, and weather protection. The fabric feels noticeably more substantial than the Alpine Light Pants, so they are better suited to cool autumn conditions, light wind, and exposed mountain terrain. I have both of them))"
