"The helmet is good, but the foam pads were missing. I wrote an email and they replied right away, they are sorry, they will send it right away. nothing came after a week. second email, they are sorry, they don't know what happened, they send it immediately. It arrived in 2 days."

"I have had this helmet for about a month and use it several times a week. It's lightweight and has good airflow. However, it tends to slide back when I look up so I have to keep it pretty tight, and often end up with a slight headache by the end of the day. Also, for a women's helmet it doesn't have much room to put hair through the back. I have a lot of hair so I have to keep my hair low when it's on."

However, once I actually went climbing I wasted so much time fiddling with and adjusting this helmet on the wall and on the ground. No matter what when you look up it slides off your head. The other members of my climbing party also expressed dissatisfaction with this helmet and with the men's half dome helmet. I am incredibly disappointed I purchased this helmet."
