"The helmet is good, but the foam pads were missing. I wrote an email and they replied right away, they are sorry, they will send it right away. nothing came after a week. second email, they are sorry, they don't know what happened, they send it immediately. It arrived in 2 days."

"I have had this helmet for about a month and use it several times a week. It's lightweight and has good airflow. However, it tends to slide back when I look up so I have to keep it pretty tight, and often end up with a slight headache by the end of the day. Also, for a women's helmet it doesn't have much room to put hair through the back. I have a lot of hair so I have to keep my hair low when it's on."

The other members of my climbing party also expressed dissatisfaction with this helmet and with the men's half dome helmet. I am incredibly disappointed I purchased this helmet."
