"Sizing on picture didn't correspond to their own sizing chart. As a result, shoes were too small. No one at customer service was able (or willing) to find out what their version of a UK kids 11 size was. I had to pay to return them. Terrible service."

"I bought these today. Did not read reviews on this site prior to making purchase. Used other comparison websites for top treking poles for 2019. Just like the review labeled purchased these 7 months ago the plastic caps on two of the flip locks were broken and one was actually missing. Love the cork handles and the flip lock design for quick, confident adjusting. Worry that when something is broken before it is even used that the product will not hold up in the field."
"I bought them for my 6 year old daughter and she loves them. They work great for her and are true to size. I will be ordering another pair as soon as she grows out of these. She say they are her spider man shoes and that they keep her stuck to the wall."
"Awesome shoes, even better that it matches the whole set with the harness and chalk bag. My son was iffy about climbing shoes at first since they're kinda tricky to get on the first couple times, but he absolutely loves them now. The shoes work great, the same quality you'd expect from BD. I'd recommend you head to your local BD retailer so you can have your little one try them on first though, the sizing is a bit tricky. We didn't have that option so we just ordered a couple pairs and sent back the ones that didn't fit. My son is a tall, lanky 4 year old and wound up fitting in the size 13 really well."
"These shoes seem well built, but they aren't the best child's climbing shoe I've seen. There isn't really any room for adjustment like most kids shoes, so they fit more like what an adult would wear. If you know kids and their level of climbing, an adult shoe isn't really what they need. They need comfort and something that will fit a growing foot for more than a few months. Even the material is fairly stiff and doesn't stretch much in any direction. I love Black Diamond gear, and love the shoes for adults, but I don't think I would recommend these shoes for kiddos."
"I think the performance is really good for a kids shoe. The sizing seems off to me when compared to my kids street shoes and compared to their other climbing shoes (lasportiva and boreal)."
