"I recently purchased these poles while on vacation in the USA, and they failed on the very first hike. I used an allen key to tighten the FlickLock and it's now holding firm, but the force required to close the lock is much greater on the lock that was failing. I'm back in the UK now and will look at getting a new pole sent to me."

"One of the FlickLock Pro devices on one of my Alpine Carbon Cork Trekking Poles has failed; the pole gets shorter on each use. Can this feature be replaced or fixed? I bought this set for my husband in 2021, so the poles are out of warranty. Buying a new pair would not be sustainable; most of the pole works well, and the other pair is just fine. Could you please help? Thank you."
